network, whether it be a single shelf addition or a 10 node fiber
ring we want you to have the option to come to us with your needs
and let us find a decommed or used system that meets your criteria, and as with all our products if you purchase it from us it carries the full lifetime warranty as long as you are a customer.
How often have you purchased a new network or shelf and right out of the box you have a card failure? If you have been in this industry for any amount of time I’m sure you can relate, and remember the frustration and lost time dealing with an OEM trying to get that module replaced, return RMA’s created, shipping it, waiting while the part comes from Italy or Japan, all the while delaying your turn up and getting the most important person, the customer on line and putting dollars in your pocket. When you purchase your system from us we bring your equipment into our lab, turn it up, duplicate span losses, create cross connects, and set the system up as you will need it in your network. No more out of box failures, no more hassles with card replacements and delays. We turn it up, test it, and deploy it to the field. You will get a complete set of spares and we will warehouse replacements also upon request. With our new EFI&T department we can also install and have the same specialist that tested it in the lab on site to insure it is ready for your customer.
We work closely with our customers to handle the disposal of a lot of their assets, assets that they may have outgrown or their needs have changed. Still quality equipment with a long life, just no longer fits the service they need to provide, but perfect for a smaller, possibly growing start up that needs to move up to that next step on the ladder to grow their network. We work to offer them, and you, the opportunity to turn that equipment into dollars, or in most cases they ask for credits against their future repairs and replacements, other systems, or EFI&T. We want to close the ring on the Repair business and make it a truly diverse alternative to OEM purchasing, repair, engineering, furnish, installation, & test.
