Spares Management - Fortress Solutions maintains a centralized sparing inventory in order to provide customers with critical Advance Replacement RMA requests. We can maintain on-site sparing inventory for critical core equipment with a service level agreement that provides for a mean time to repair of less than four hours. Fortress Solutions will track and manage both our and customer owned on-site spares.

a full one-year warranty. Customers with active Master
Service Agreements will receive a LIFETIME WARRANTY on
all equipment that passes Fortress Solutions'
certification process. Lifetime warranty provides
current maintenance customers with return to factory
repairs for Fortress Solutions Certified hardware that
fail under normal use as long as you are the owner and
under a Fortress Solutions Master Service Agreement.
